Verdant means "deeply green", and it's at the heart of Lisa + James' work. 

Plus, their greeting cards include seed paper shapes to send along to your loved ones so they can grow their own wildflowers! Add some unique, hand-drawn critters and plants and you've got yourself a Verdant card.

All Verdant cards are hand-drawn by Lisa (co-owner/founder with her husband James). Lisa + James print their cards in Ontario. All their cards and envelopes are made of 100% post-consumer waste, they are also FSC (Forest Service Certification) certified, Rainforest Alliance Certified, and processed chlorine free, meaning no harmful chemicals or by-products.

In addition, the pouches they use to hold the seed paper shapes are made of glassine, a 100% recycled and fully biodegradable paper. You can either recycle or compost these pouches.
