A refillery is a shop where you can refill your household and personal care products using reusable containers — reducing single-use plastic waste and supporting sustainable living. Bring your own containers or grab one in-store!
2. How does it work?
It’s easy!
1️⃣ Bring your clean, empty container.
2️⃣ Weigh it (so you only pay for the product).
3️⃣ Fill up with as much or as little as you need.
4️⃣ Weigh again and pay for the contents only.
Simple, waste-free, and wallet-friendly!
3. What kind of products can I refill?
We carry everything from shampoo, conditioner, and body wash to dish soap, laundry detergent, and all-purpose cleaners. Plus, you’ll find eco-friendly home and self-care goodies too.
4. Do I have to bring my own containers?
Nope! While bringing your own containers is encouraged, we also offer glass jars, bottles, and donated community containers that you can use or purchase.
5. What if I forget my containers?
No worries — it happens! We have pre-loved, sanitized jars available or new reusable containers for purchase so you can still refill guilt-free.
6. Are your products eco-friendly and safe?
Yes! All our products are carefully chosen for their natural, biodegradable, and toxin-free ingredients. Many are Canadian-made, vegan, and cruelty-free.
7. How do you keep things sanitary?
We follow strict hygiene standards. Containers are sanitized, refill stations are regularly cleaned, and staff follow proper handling procedures. You can also sanitize your own containers in-store if needed.
8. Can I refill partially used containers?
Absolutely — as long as the container is clean and free of residue. Mixing leftover products can alter scent or performance, so we recommend emptying it before refilling.
9. Is it cheaper to refill than to buy new?
In most cases, yes! Refilling lets you buy exactly what you need and skip the cost of packaging. It also saves money (and waste!) over time.
10. Can I bring any type of container?
You sure can — glass, stainless steel, or sturdy plastic all work. Just make sure it’s clean, dry, and clearly labeled so you know what’s inside once it’s refilled.
11. Do you only sell refills?
Nope! We also carry eco-friendly lifestyle goods — think reusable sponges, bamboo toothbrushes, soap bars, and locally made home essentials.
